As a customer service technician at KMS, you are the face of our company on-site. You take care of our customers throughout Germany, carry out maintenance and repairs on our rebar processing machines and ensure that our customers' production runs smoothly.
Your responsibilities
- Maintenance, inspection and repair of our machinery at customer sites
- Fault diagnosis and troubleshooting on mechanical, hydraulic and electrical components
- Commissioning of new machines and operator training
- Technical consulting for our customers and preparation of service reports
- Spare parts consulting and procurement support
Your profile
- Completed apprenticeship as mechatronics technician, industrial mechanic, electrician or similar
- Experience in mechanical or plant engineering is an advantage
- Knowledge in hydraulics, pneumatics and control systems is desirable
- Independent and solution-oriented working style
- Enjoyment of customer contact and willingness to travel
- Driving licence class B required
