As a customer service technician at KMS, you are the face of our company on-site. You take care of our customers throughout Germany, carry out maintenance and repairs on our rebar processing machines and ensure that our customers' production runs smoothly.

Your responsibilities

  • Maintenance, inspection and repair of our machinery at customer sites
  • Fault diagnosis and troubleshooting on mechanical, hydraulic and electrical components
  • Commissioning of new machines and operator training
  • Technical consulting for our customers and preparation of service reports
  • Spare parts consulting and procurement support

Your profile

  • Completed apprenticeship as mechatronics technician, industrial mechanic, electrician or similar
  • Experience in mechanical or plant engineering is an advantage
  • Knowledge in hydraulics, pneumatics and control systems is desirable
  • Independent and solution-oriented working style
  • Enjoyment of customer contact and willingness to travel
  • Driving licence class B required
